Paul Gauche is the Pastor of Life Transitions at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville, Minnesota where he engages people of all ages helping to navigate change and understand transition while exploring the intriguing movement of the Spirit in daily life.

Paul says, “I’m seeking to further redefine, reinvent, and reinvigorate myself professionally—as a pastor, and personally—as a husband, father, grandfather, and friend. I want to continue to explore how the “rhythms” that are “humming” in my life will help shape me into the best iteration of myself as a creative, relational, spirited, active, attentive and grateful person.”

In addition to tending to three blogs and a series of podcasts, Paul’s writings include contributions to three published works for Group Publishing in Loveland, Colorado, including God Is Near: 30 Extraordinary Encounters; Christ In Me: 30 Next-Level Encounters; and Go Deeper Retreats: 12 Life-Changing Weekends for Youth Ministry. Since 1995, Paul has been a primary author/contributor for a multitude of faith development resources published through Changing Church Forum at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville, MN. Paul has also written for Minnesota Bride Magazine, featuring a piece entitled “To Have And To Hold”, an article written to help couples put their love story into words by writing their own wedding vows. (Spring/Summer 2009, p. 148-150).

Paul’s 2016 publication of The Dance of Marriage: Keeping In Step Through The Last Song emerges from three decades of working with hundreds of couples planning wedding ceremonies that reflect commitments to build strong marriages.

The Dance… can be ordered from either Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

Paul is married to Nancy Lee Gauche; they are still on their honeymoon, celebrating 41 years of mostly wedded bliss together. Paul and Nancy Lee are grateful for their two grown children; their daughter, Sarah and her husband Travis, and three granddaughters, Ruby Grace, Ryann Mae and Emily Joyce; and their son, Soren and his wife, Bethany and their son, Emmanuel, “Manny’ and their daughter, Gigi Rose.
